The Role of a Healthy Diet in Getting a Face Lift Without Surgery
A healthy skin is a sign of a healthy mind and a healthy body. Do a little experiment: At a bus station or walking on a street, pay attention to the faces around you! What do you see? Some faces are still young and bright, but most are sad, wrinkled, grey or maybe suffering from acne.
An unhealthy nutrition is one of the main factors responsible for premature aging and skin problems.
As you already know, when you want to have a healthy, young looking skin, it’s better to start the transformation from inside! Opt for a natural face lift without surgery and learn the way your body behaves under different circumstances.
For example, did you know that your diet has a direct influence on the aspect of your skin? In order to be healthy, we have to understand that there are no such things as ‘separated systems’ in our body. Everything is connected – our thoughts, our lifestyle, our habits, our diet and our health. No one can expect to be truly healthy and good looking without some effort: a balanced nutrition, physical and breathing exercises, positive attitude and goals.
- Transform your drinking habits.
1. Start your day by drinking one or two glasses of warm water. It will help cleaning the toxins accumulated after sleep, preparing your organism for all the activities of a new day. Thanks to this procedure, you’ll forget about constipation and you’ll always feel light and full of energy. If you want to get a face lift without surgery, then the morning glass of water is the first thing you should do! You’ll notice significant improvements in the aspect of your skin in just a few weeks!
2. Then, move on to more drastic changes. I know that many will disagree with me, but I will still tell you the harsh reality: stop drinking coffee and tea! These drinks are destroying the balance of your internal organs and, as a consequence – the health of your skin.
3. Stop drinking sodas and other sorts of ‘sweet colored drinks’. All the chemical substances contained in these products are a slow death for your health and your skin.
4. If you want to drink something sweet, not just plain water, drink natural juices! They’re full of vitamins and fresh energy, having a wonderful effect on your skin. But don’t forget that you have to prepare them yourself for a better result.
- Transform your eating habits.
1. Cleaning and detoxifying your body with the help of a healthy nutrition is the second thing you should do to get a face lift without surgery. Only after one or two months of following a healthy diet you’ll notice that the texture and the tone of your face look much better! How exactly can you do that?
2. Stop eating fast food! Are you a fan of fast food and semi-prepared products? I know I am (let’s face it – they’re tasty!), but I stopped eating such things MANY years ago. After all, what is fast food? This kind of nutrition is based on fried meat, fried potatoes and white bread. Not to mention sugar! All are extremely destructive, especially when mixed together! White refined flour does not have all the healthy components contained in whole grains, being just another way of accumulating and depositing toxins in our internal organs. But unfortunately that’s not all. Commercial yeast used in baking bread is extremely harmful for our health, deteriorating the bacterial balance and causing many diseases and dysfunctions. But what’s even more dangerous is combining bread and potatoes (fried or baked) with meat. They’re absolutely incompatible! Your stomach literally goes crazy when receiving such a ‘mixture’! It doesn’t know how to behave or what to digest first and, as a consequence, you collect even more toxins and diseases. If you have hyperacidity or a liver dysfunction, it’s because of stress and improper eating habits. And I can assure you – your face will fully reflect all the internal disorders.
3. Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, combining them with whole grains and cereals. Also eat natural (not fried!) nuts, berries and other vegetal gifts of nature.
4. Eat products rich in anti-oxidants. Studies have proven that free radicals accelerate the aging process. Anti-oxidants have the power of annihilating the free radicals. Where can we find them? As I wrote above, increase the consumption of natural products. Fruits (especially prunes, red grapes, blueberries and strawberries), vegetables (carrots, spinach, broccoli), some herbs (garlic, rosemary, mint, oregano) and soy are good sources of anti-oxidants.
5. Forget about the frying pan – besides cholesterol, fried oil contains many other harmful substances. Plus, the frying process requires a very high temperature, which destroys all the beneficial properties of the food.
5. Boil those products that you can’t eat raw, and always try to eat something fresh. Besides vitamins and minerals, fresh products contain vital biological energy which is much more important for our health than the ‘almighty’ mediatized proteins.
6. Don’t eat meat or, at least, don’t fry it! If you can’t give up on meat yet, don’t eat it more than once per week. I know that this is a controversial subject. But I also know that a diet without meat takes a big burden off our internal organs and as a result you’ll feel full of energy and your immunity will strengthen. Meat consumption also accelerates the aging process.
The importance of a healthy diet in the process of getting a face lift without surgery is a complex subject. It’s not easy to transform yourself. It requires patience, dedication, time and effort. But unlike surgical interventions, the results will reflect your true accomplishments, making you feel really young, full of life and optimism!
