Of course, the natural means of looking younger are the best. They are safe, having no side-effects and complications, and they have additional benefits for your health. However, they require time, effort and patience. If surgical or technology-based procedures can have almost instant results, then the effects of natural treatments appear in time, being a consequence of the gradual improvement of your overall well-being.

Face lift exercises are probably the most popular way of having a face lift without surgery. They consist of a series of controlled facial movements (sometimes with the aid of the fingers) with the purpose of improving the tonus of the skin and the face muscles.

The plumped muscles will gradually increase their volume, adding fullness to your face and smoothing the wrinkles. The active muscles will also improve the blood circulation, the cell renewal process and the production of collagen and elastin. This stimulation will remove not only superficial wrinkles – it will also tighten the neck skin, lift the eyelids, smoothen crows feet, forehead lines, nasolabial folds (the deep wrinkles in the corners of the mouth), improve the skin tone and increase your self-confidence.

It is recommended to integrate the facial exercises in a holistic lifestyle improvement. Undoubtedly, such a decision is not an easy one. We all realize that drastic changes require time and a tremendous will power. But the results are absolutely fascinating – you’ll not only look and feel younger – you’ll also be healthier, happier, full of energy and enthusiasm!

Besides face lift exercises, you should also learn how to breathe correctly (there are many helpful breathing exercises you can do every day), reevaluate your nutrition (getting rid of harmful foods and drinks) and have regular workouts. This infallible complex should be done every day, no matter how difficult it might seem at first. In any case, it is a much more useful activity than watching TV, playing computer games or randomly surfing the internet.

When you start doing the face lift exercises, do not expect instant results. The effects of any natural procedure are cumulative – by repeating the exercises everyday for at least 15 minutes, in several weeks you’ll start seeing wonderful results. Otherwise, you’ll only lose time – doing the exercises once a week or a month will do you no good. I will not try to describe various facial exercises in this post. It would be unprofessional and unserious. I’ve written this article with the purpose of encouraging you to search for a good program and find the necessary motivation to follow it through until you see the first amazing results! Be careful when you choose the program, though: don’t be lazy and spend several hours online, doing a good research and comparing reviews – after all, your face is at stake!

From my own experience, I can tell you one thing: face lift exercises are the most effective way of having a natural, risk-free face lift without surgery!
